Do-Fasl-nameh Fiqh wa Ijtihad (in persian: دوفصلنامه فقه و اجتهاد) is a scientific-research journal that has been published since the year 1393 Sh. The owner of this magazine is the Center for the Jurisprudence of the Immaculate Imams (A). This journal focuses on publishing articles in specialized fields of jurisprudence, especially contemporary jurisprudence. Accordingly, topics such as civil liability, women's authority, governmental jurisprudence, privacy, and gender reassignment are the subjects of articles in this magazine. Contributions have been published from researchers such as Muhammad Qaini, Muhammad-Jawad Fazil Lankarani, Sayyid-Sajad Izdahi, and Muhammad-Mahdi Karimi-Niya.

Introduction

The Semianuual Fiqh wa Ijtihad is a scientific-research journal focusing on juristic issues that has been published since 1393 Sh. The owner of this journal is the Center for the Jurisprudence of the Immaculate Imams (A), with Muhammad-Jawad Fazil Lankarani as the managing director and Ali Nahawandi as the editor-in-chief. The editorial board includes Jafar Bustan Najafi, Sayyid-Jawad Hosayni-Khwah, Muhammad-Jafar Tabataba'i, Sayyid-Ali Alavi Qazvini, Muhammad-Jawad Fazil Lankarani, Muhammad-Riza Fazil Kashani, Muhammad Qaini, Sayyid-Muhammad Najafi Yazdi, Ali Nahawandi, and Sa'id Wa'izi.
