Bi-quarterly Journal of Ta Ijtehad-Jurisprudential studies (in persian: دوفصلنامه پژوهه‌های فقهی تا اجتهاد) is a research journal which explores issues and foundations related to Islamic Jurisprudence. It has been in circulation since 2011. The journal is owned by the Imam Muhammad Baqir (AS) Seminary, under the supervision of Seyyed Musa Shobeiri Zanjani, a contemporary Shia Marja'. The publication aims to deepen and reconsider jurisprudential matters, facilitate the path of ijtihad for elites from seminaries, and promote rationality in ijtihad. Accordingly, the articles in this journal focus on jurisprudential thoughts, the foundations of inference, and newly-emerging issues in Islamic jurisprudence jurisprudential topics. The journal features works by Islamic Jurists and researchers such as Seyyed Musa Shobeiri Zanjani, Mohammad Taghi Shahidipur, Mohammad Mohammadi Qaeni, Ghadir Ali Shams, Mohammad Rasul Ahangaran, and Ahmad Haji Deh Abadi.

About the journal

The bi-quarterly Journal of Ta Ijtehad -Jurisprudential studies, is a research journal which explores jurisprudential issues and foundations. It has been published since 2011. The owner of this publication is Imam Muhammad Baqir (AS) Seminary, overseen by Seyyed Musa Shobeiri Zanjani, a contemporary Shia Marja', with Seyyed Ali Shobeiri serving as the managing director and Abolqasem Moghimi Haji as the editor-in-chief. The editorial board comprises members including Mohammad Mohammadi Qaeni, Seyyed Musa Shobeiri Zanjani, Mohammad Taghi Shahidipur, Mohammad Andalib Hamadani, Seyyed Mohammad Shobeiri, Ghadir Ali Shams, Seyyed Mohammad Javad Shobeiri, Ali Fazeli Hedaji, Khalid Ghafouri Hasani, and Mojtaba A'arafi. [1] Acceptance of articles in this journal requires that the topics addressed are in line with the journal's mission, which is to examine the jurisprudential issues. Accordingly, the areas for article submission can be classified as follows: research related to jurisprudential thoughts, newly-emerging issues, foundations of inference, methodology of jurisprudence, the jurisprudence of hadith, and specialized areas of jurisprudence such as political jurisprudence, economic jurisprudence, and medical jurisprudence. [2] " Islamic Usul-e Fiqh" and " Researches in Rijal" are two journals affiliated with the journal of "Ta Ijtehad " which are published annually and focus specifically on the fields of Usul and Rijal.
